Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Rates

We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $8.95 per order for all domestic and international shipments.

2. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

3. Domestic Shipping

For orders within the United States, we typically use USPS or UPS. Once shipped, you can expect your order to arrive within 5-10 business days.

4. International Shipping

We offer international shipping to many countries. International orders are typically delivered within 10-25 business days after shipment. Please be aware that international shipments may be subject to additional customs duties, taxes, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

6. Shipping Delays

While we strive to deliver your order within the estimated timeframes, Solar Hanging Lantern is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, unforeseen weather conditions, customs processing, or other events beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such situations.

7. P.O. Box and APO/FPO Addresses

We support shipping to P.O. Box and APO/FPO addresses. Please note that these orders will be shipped exclusively via USPS.

8. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@solarhanginglights.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. Please provide your order number and any relevant details or photos of the damage. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.

9. No Shipping to Restricted Countries

Solar Hanging Lantern complies with all international trade regulations. We do not ship to countries that are subject to U.S. sanctions or trade restrictions.
